1. Payment Methods

AI Legal Seva accepts the following payment methods:

2. Subscription Plans

We offer flexible subscription plans to meet your needs:

  • Free Plan: Limited access with basic features
  • Professional Plan: Monthly or annual subscription with full access
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for law firms and organizations

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription period. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • Technical issues preventing access to the service
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service not as described

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • Substantial usage of the service (more than 50 queries)
  • Violation of Terms of Use
  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription
  • You will retain access to your account and chat history
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any payment disputes amicably.

7. Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts and offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Refunds for promotional purchases will be processed at the discounted amount paid, not the original price. Free trial periods do not qualify for refunds.
